The Doctor Strange trailer is out and it's mind-blowingly marvelous!

1. The accident; Stephen Strange's origin.
In the comics, Stephen Strange's car accident costs him the function of his hands, which isn't that great considering he's a brain surgeon.
2. Our first look at Rachel McAdams' character.
As Benedict's Strange is rushed into hospital, we meet Rachel McAdams' as-of-yet unknown character, once rumoured to be Night Nurse.
3. Meet The Ancient One, played by Tilda Swinton.
Astral projectory? Tilda Swinton looks fantastic as The Ancient One!
4. Kaleidescope bending(?)
I wasn't prepared for this shot, and I instantly played it on repeat when I saw it. The visuals for Doctor Strange look A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.
5. The villains...
Here we catch a quick glimpse at Mads Mikkelsen's villaineous sorcerer, and Chiwetel Ejiofor's Baron Mordo. It's been suggested that Baron Mordo won't be as much as a villain like in the comics.
6. Realities coming together!
Firstly, I'd like to point out that this scene would make a pretty cool rollercoaster. But aside from that, we see realities/dimensions merging together to create one heck of an Inception-style visual, with Stephen Strange falling through.
7. Meet Doctor Strange...
And then the money shot, Benedict Cumberbatch walking up the stairs of the Sanctum Sanctorum (possibly?) in full gear.
Doctor Strange looks brilliant, and looks to be a fantastic, visually stunning and gripping introduction to a new corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The cast is killer with Benedict Cumberbatch, Rachel McAdams, Tilda Swinton and Chiwetel Ejiofor being amazing actors, all being Academy Award nominees, Swinton and Ejiofor winning for Michael Clayton and 12 Years a Slave.
